Our Classic Scrub Hats are double-lined with premium, soft, and 100% cotton fabric that will keep you comfortable all day long.
Our LUXE Scrub Hats are made with the same exterior of premium, 100% cotton fabric while the interior is lined with satin fabric. The satin lining helps reduce friction and static, leaving your hair looking smooth and shiny, even after a long day of work. It also helps to retain moisture in the skin, leaving it feeling hydrated and soft.

Overview
All of our scrub hat styles are uniquely designed with flexibility in mind to allow for the most individualized fit. Each style is double-layered to promote absorption during those long shifts and contains our ultra-durable elastic for maximum adjustability. The forehand band is strategically designed to allow for any excess material to easily be folded optimizing the fit for various hairstyles/types without exposing any unwanted inside seams.
Ponytail
The Ponytail style is ideal for those with more hair or a larger head who prefer to wear their hair in a low ponytail. Designed with premium double face satin ribbon ties, the Ponytail style oozes fun by adding a splash of color (logo & ribbon colors may vary). The ribbons tie around the ponytail portion of the hat, allowing another area for added flexibility.
Taylor'ed Euro
The Taylor'ed Euro style is ideal for those with a lot of hair or larger head sizes. It also serves as a perfect alternative for those with shorter hair or a smaller head who simply prefer an adjustable toggle over the ties of The Original and Skull Hat styles. This style is our "free form" hat and like The Original, hair can be worn comfortably in many styles.
The Original
The Original style is ideal for those with more hair or a larger head. A favorite feature of The Original hat is that you can wear your hair in a high bun, low bun, braid, ponytail, or fresh out of the bed for those on the run days. The tie aspect of the hat is an additional way to create a more individualized fit.
Skull Hat
The Skull Hat style is ideal for those with shorter hair or a smaller head. It is often worn by men, but works great for anyone who prefers a more form-fitting style. Similarly to The Original, it also has ties allowing for a flexible fit. While The Original style has thicker, more "full coverage" ties, the Skull Hat provides a thinner, more minimalistic look.
LUXE
We offer 2-ply cotton lined and LUXE premium satin-lined scrub hats. Our LUXE collection is ideal for those with textured hair or anyone looking for an extra line of defense for dry, brittle, or frizzy hair. The moisture boosting properties and breathable fibers of our premium satin lined scrub hats work wonders in keeping your hair hydrated throughout a long shift. There's just no replacement for the rich and luxurious feeling of our LUXE satin lined collection.
Shipping & Handling
At TMSH, we take great pride in making sure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Every item carefully goes through our quality assurance process to ensure that all stitching and product sizing standards have been met. Once completed, each item is then placed into our weather-resistant packaging to ensure that every item arrives exactly as intended.
Processing Times
Each one of our products is handmade by our incredible TMSH production team here in the USA. Our standard processing time is between 2-5 business days of order placement.
Domestic Orders
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders $60+*. For all domestic orders under $60, a shipping charge of $4.90 will be assessed. All orders will be fulfilled via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. For your convenience, once your order has completed processing, we electronically (email or SMS) send a shipping confirmation message including the shipping service and tracking number.
International shipping
All orders requiring international shipment will be calculated at checkout according to the region. For your convenience, once your order has completed processing, we electronically (email or SMS) send a shipping confirmation message including the shipping service and tracking number. Please be advised that international shipments may be excluded from any promotional or sitewide shipping offers.
*Please note: Bulk/Custom orders do not qualify for free shipping. The shipping expense for these orders will be calculated in real-time at the time of issuance of the customized quote.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Returns/exchanges on eligible items are accepted within 14 days of order delivery confirmation. The return request must be initiated within this 14-day window. Returns must be in new, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed condition. We reserve the right to refuse any worn, damaged, or modified merchandise.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any clearance/last-chance or customized merchandise, including but not limited to personalized items, sizing modifications, embroidery, gift wrap, limited-edition collections, etc.
Once your return request has been approved and you receive the return label, you have up to 14 days to deliver the return-eligible item(s) to your USPS (United States Postal Service) location. If your return shipment enters the mail stream after this period, it will not be accepted. In such cases, we kindly offer two options: the item may either be returned to you at your expense or, depending on the item's condition, it may be donated or responsibly disposed of.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For any return or exchange initiated for reasons other than defect or incorrect delivery, the refund will be for the purchase amount minus the incurred shipping expenses.
EXCHANGE REQUEST
Should the customer elect to exchange for a new product of like-kind or otherwise, the customer will be responsible for any upcharge fees and/or shipping & handling expenses. If a customer elects to switch to a product of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to process, depending on their policies. This can vary between credit card issuers.
When submitting an exchange request, inventory will only be reserved for up to 7 business days. If the exchange order has not entered the mail stream within this timeframe, we cannot guarantee product availability.
Please note that the original item must be received before a new product is dispatched.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Refunds will be issued once we have received your returned item(s) and inspected them. Any items that are damaged upon arrival are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges unless the item is faulty or damaged. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method and will reflect the order price minus any shipping fees. Only one prepaid shipping label is permitted per order.
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to process, depending on their policies. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. Should you receive a defective item, we will gladly accept it for a refund or exchange. In the case of damaged or faulty merchandise, we will cover the return shipping expenses.
To report faulty or damaged goods, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photo evidence. Any damage claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are not permitted through our self-service portal and are initiated by contacting our customer support team via chat or email at support@taylormadescrubhats.com. For international returns, the return shipping cost will be charged at cost and debited from the refunded amount. The same return and exchange timelines apply, but please allow for longer transit times.
TRACKING RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You will receive an email notification when your return is received and when your refund is processed. Returns are processed in the order they are received and will typically be completed within 3-5 business days of package arrival. Please allow time for us to process your return and for your bank to process any refunds.
